NDAC 75-02-01.3-12

 

Individuals who have committed an Intentional Program Violation (IPV) will be disqualified from receiving benefits for the following time periods:

• 6 months for the 1st offense
• 12 months for the 2nd offense
• Permanently for the 3rd or subsequent offense
